To join the club, complete the membership form by clicking here and send with your payment to The Treasurer.
To do this electronically (which is our preference), please follow these steps:

Complete the form online and save to your computer

Email the completed form as an attachment to secretary@flackwellheathtennisclub.com (membership secretary)

Bank transfer your payment to Flackwell Heath Lawn Tennis Club, Account 12330154, Sort code 23-05-80. Enter your surname as the transfer reference to link the payment to the form.
Alternatively, print out the form (or pick one up at the clubhouse), complete by hand, and post with your cheque to:
The Treasurer, 15 Desborough Park Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3BQ
You will then receive:
